Cara Madaris

Cara Madaris is a versatile vocalist and songwriter whose artistry spans genres while staying rooted in raw authenticity. Growing up in a deeply musical family in Chattanooga, TN, she began singing and writing songs at just five years old. Now based in Nashville, Cara channels her life experiences into honest, unfiltered lyrics that connect with audiences on an emotional level.

 

Her solo work blends elements of pop and indie pop, while her country project, Cara Beth Rush, showcases her Southern roots. At the same time, she delivers a completely different edge as the frontwoman of the alt-metal band Speakeasy, a group that has opened for nationally recognized acts including The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Honey Revenge, and Alesana. Speakeasy was also named a Top 3 finalist in Chattanooga’s “Best of the Best” awards for Best Band, further cementing Cara’s reputation as a commanding performer.

 

On stage, Cara is known for her powerful, dynamic vocals and magnetic presence that captivates every listener in the room. Whether she’s performing soaring pop melodies, heartfelt country ballads, or hard-hitting metal anthems, her music is united by one thread: honesty.
